FULL DEPTH INVOLUTE TOOTH These gears incorporate the popular full depth involute tooth design which means they mesh with other gears produced to this industry standard. LOW FRICTION The low coefficient of friction not only provides excellent wear resistance but high efficiency peformance as well. Their ability to operate with little or no lubrication is an added advantage in many designs. CORROSION RESISTANCE The superior corrosion and chemical resistance of the gears make them the ideal choice in many applications. Below 160°F, there are no know solvents for Delrin®. ANNEALING The gears are subjected to a special annealing process which removes any residual stress and greatly enhances their long term dimensional stability.
